Some developers stamp out subdivisions that sit on featureless land like plastic houses on a game board. Dozers flatten what nature left. Tiny trees are scattered around without impact.

But every Mosaic neighborhood preserves natural vegetation and topography, and is enhanced with pocket parks, winding greenbelts, ponds, walkways and sidewalks, central mews, or even town squares. Where portions of nature has already been compromised, we attempt to rebuild a new environment with natural materials, leaving the land better than we found it.

And we don't believe in planting short trees. Why should you wait ten years for your community to look good?

Each neighborhood we create is different. But our commitment to preserving and enhancing the natural environment remains the same. Because we believe that taking care of the land is not only the right thing to do, but good business, too.
